Albert : Is the question for me or for Stephen?

As far as the answer is concerned, I don't believe they should have gone in. Period. But clearly, with Russia incapacitated and led by an alcoholic, UK led by a little puppy dog, Germany a shade of its former military self and in the pocket, and China humbly seeking a Trade Agreement they must have felt the gamble was worth taking.

You do know that President Clinton is an inordinate risk taker. He was prepared to gamble his presidency just to have his you-know-what in someone's mouth! So, do you think is is not capable of gambling his country --- and the world --- for an ego trip?!
