Beeblebrox*..I'm sure VERT will have its correction like others (ABOV) but the thing is that they can turn on a dime and in one hour a stock that is down 11 can be up 11 that is why I don't like shorting them. Especially not VERT which is on my list of top 10 net stocks both technically and fundamentally (meaning revenue growth, sales growth, price/sales etc)

If you are nimble, sure you can short them, but I'd rather be good at timing for going long than worry about timing for long and short. It involves too much market timing for me. I do buy puts once in a while but more for tech stocks than internet stocks. I would have bought puts in INTC this afternoon but the stock was just too 'controversial' to bother with.
