WCAP also hot tomorrow..they own a chunk of hot IPO(WGAT)......Of the 18 or so IPO pricings expected this coming week, the two most likely candidates for media salivation are WorldGate
Communications [NASDAQ - and WGAT] and Sagent Technology [NASDAQ - SGNT]. WorldGate offers a service
that delivers the Internet through cable television systems. Sagent offers "Enterprise Intelligence" software solutions and counts
big-name customers like MCI Worldcom, BellSouth Cellular, J.P. Morgan, and Nordstrom among its client base. WGAT may
suffer from the inexperience of its lead underwriter and losing $33.2 million on $1 million FY1998 revenues. While Sagent has
to bear losing $13.7 million on $17 million revenues in FY1998, it does have a fine team of underwriters behind them, led by
DLJ.
