Scumbria - <You and PB are the more rational Intel folks on the AMD thread. I have noticed an increasing shrillness in your posts recently, which makes it harder to converse in a civil fashion.>

1) Thank you for the complement.

2) I will admit I may occasionally sound a little, as you call it, shrill. There are undoubtedly various factors for this. I have a pretty big stake in INTC, and this certainly affects my bias. Sometimes I admit I may get a little excited. <G> Hopefully I ultimately look at things in an objective manner. That's the goal anyway.

You ought to hear me and my primary counter part at work! He's an extremely good friend that with whom I enjoy many activities and good times outside of work. But at work we can really go at it. But if we didn't, something would be wrong.

I enjoy conversing and debating with you Scumbria. However, I certainly don't always agree with your point of view.

Scumbria - And another thing

For the most part I tend to view "Intellabee" and "AMDabee" behavior on both sides a just being competitive. I kind of enjoy this aspect of the thread, as I don't thing it goes out of bounds too often. I can usually weed through the rhetoric, and often times pick out points worth considering form both sides.
