<<<for every person out there celebrating their wins, there others out there who have not had a great day and are struggling to keep perspective on everything>>>>

Esp the options game. Its a zero sum game - for every win there is a loss !

Kinda reminds me when I went long on Ebay. My li'l brother at UCLA, trying to meet his educational expenses decided to go short ! It wiped him out and made me rich. Of course we never knew till it was too late. But I cannot forget the sick feeling of victory at the time !

Happy trading !

I've made every mistake in the book on trading--for instance, I was holding 1500 shares of DRIV, sold at 12 and was so proud of myself for picking up a couple of points. Today, right after I sold NDB, it shot up another 10 points, I bought ALTB and it immediately dropped 5. What I don't do now, is chase after the one that got away, and I trade with far less shares--it's so helpful to me to hear from others that we all make mistakes, for every bad trade, theres plenty of good ones waiting for us tomorrow.
