Hi Susie,

I'm losing track of the questions and answers.

Since you've done a lot of exercise, you may not have the same problems many full figured women have. Guys, to understand this, think about trying to do something as simple as sit ups with 10+ lbs added to your chests. Try walking with 2 5-pound weights tied to your chest. Do it for a few days. See how it feels.

It may not hurt, but I'm sure it would take some getting used to.
