Actually, it's the Bulletin Board, FKA Pink Sheets. It's where many shady companies trade, but once in a while, you can find a money-maker.Lots of companies get their start there. The listing requirements aren't as stringent as Nasdaq(but changing in June?).
There is a website I believe. www.otcbb.com
