Freddie, and everyone else except waltertx:
Has waltertx demonstrated the least bit of concern for his losses? Has he jumped in an made those huge buys he said he was? Has he answered your direct questions with any more finesse than ol' "IRA MONAS" who posted here? Has he succeeded in baiting you into confrontations, where he really seems to get his jollies?
Either he is so full of "it" that the whole world appears in 'earth tones", or he's on the inside, enjoying the fruits of your money. The reality of the situation appears to be foreign to him, so I've concluded that he, ....just like the subject of one of my earlier posts, ...just doesn't care.
There comes a point when "who" he is irrelevant, and what he believes is similarly pointless. Facts, logic, reason appear lost on this individual and who knows, it could be a genetic trait that many have observed for a long, long, time in this company. Maybe we'll find out one day, and then again, .....what does it matter. Waltertx is not the focus of what has, or is occurring.
Next week, as a result of FSAAA's dedicated efforts, the head, ...the leader, ...the point man, ...the ultimate responsible party for this Company since late 1995 will have to raise his hand and answer a barrage of very direct questions. Questions designed to elicit responses to known facts, ...questions that may well prove embarrassing because an evasive or non-answer could support the plaintiffs just as surely as a truthful, direct one. A perjurous response will certainly carry its own repercussions and support the plaintiffs. There is a calculated method to all of this on the part of FSAAA. I can imagine one person who should be listening to counsel very carefully and evaluating some more favorable options. I feel it is important to reiterate the time is at hand to "choose wisely". Next week's events lead to a dramatic, new course in the history of this company.
This is something that many of you have demanded over the years, but never got. Now, how can you help the process and achieve a degree of satisfaction, equity, or whatever else you may deserve for wrongs committed by company management? How can the investment community as a whole benefit from what is about to happen?
First, I might suggest that whipping up on an anonymous, insecure, "challenged", and pointless poster like waltertx is a pure waste of your time, talents, and knowledge. Every direct question related to areas he indicated intimate knowledge have gone unanswered. He apparently has nothing to offer and/or everything to protect. I strongly suspect he is fishing for content to help management through the depositions. Unfortunately for management, I also suspect, the real surprises, of the embarrassing kind, have yet to be revealed.
Second, if you support FSAAA and have not yet fulfilled your appropriate trust fund commitment, then do so. The efforts, by counsel, on your behalf, is expensive at this early stage, but "many hands make light work". Please step up to the plate. Passively riding along is no more rewarding than feeling a snail crawl up your arm. As Jim Johnson, tonto, and some others have stated, it really feels good to be actively involved on behalf of something that is intuitively "right".
Third, reflect on past actions, notices, or communications of management that you personally heard or saw, other than press releases and conference call notes posted on this thread. FSAAA has identified a large group of people who have direct "experiences" but a few more wouldn't hurt. Contact Dick Lee with the particulars.
In conclusion, management depositions are scheduled to begin next week and FSAAA's efforts are focused to make almost every question a "squirmer" and elicit beads of sweat. I suspect this is part of what you all, except poor ol' waltertx, would like to see as a beginning. The subsequent court hearing will be one crowning blow, IMHO, however, it's also entirely possible this "civil" case may lead to other "actions" certain company management types may face. Time will tell.
Patience and discretion are valuable allies at this point!
