I would not feel rushed to by XMCM at all. I've watched the pattern and there are always pullbacks in the stock. I remember it went way up when there was a buy recommendation. It went down about $10 after that, then takeover speculation caused it to go up about $10 followed by and 8 point retreat. Obviously if the takeover is imminent then it probably will do much more upsiding than downsiding but just take a look at the chart and you will see that there are often pullbacks either within the day or for a day or two. Patience for the right price can pay off IMO.
