* GENERAL MOTORS CORP said it would sell vehicle components worth
$400 mln Shanghai GM, its joint venture with China's Shanghai
Automotive Industry Corp. The agreement calls for the North
American operations of GM to sell 52,000 sets of components to the
venture, the company said in a statement. GM's Buick division
would export transmissions, engines, electrical parts and body
panels for its Century and Regal models, the U.S. Department of
Commerce said in a statement.
