DrMike, I was referring to execution problems with DLJ, when I said "would be selling" . . .I rarely sell ALL of anything, whether it is up or down. . . but rather, I decrease risk by taking some profits or by selling a portion when things get too weak. . often 3 or 4 trades to come in or out of a position, no matter how big or small.

I was hoping to sell at or near the high on all swings. . .would have gained me an extra 8 percent on entire port. . .then buy back at low . . .I now have about 4/5ths original position in SIEB. . .again I keep decreasing the investment as it rises. . .just my own money management tricks from playing video poker too much.
