Bully,

I honestly do not know the number of shares outstanding. I will try and find out but as you know the number of shares outstanding for penny stocks is sometimes does not matter.

NPEC will move higher whether it has 100 or 200 Million shares outstanding if MDIN has something. That is what I am banking on.

Ken

Sir, This indeed has become a very sad night. The "IR for NPEC is unshure of the directions that posters will rumor of his forcast in the direction of the issue".

Just read post #15693 on what was stated that he was to have said.

Now tell me what or where did I go wrong in asking about the important questions of the past on the missing stock, financials, details of deals on the oil loss, and the reports of a South American Gold operation that was to become filled with operating equipment by this date in time from past statements in the company's news rls.

I post questions to the board and to NPEC and they read this boar it has been stated. So where and why am I called a winnnnnnner when I'm the one asking pure DD. questions about an investment that cannot get over a dime. hmmmm makes me woneder who is who yet we know don't we. The old timers that are here know who is long and what is short.

Good trading and may you do well at it. I'm out of this mess, see ya.
