Just thinking about yesterday's trading. While there are some reasons that may explain yesterday's selling, I do think it has been overdone. Here's a few of my thoughts.

1) Profit taking along the way:

Some people made some good money so far and wanted to lock in profits. Fair enough...but as they did this, it triggered others as well, which then triggered others...and it snowballed. Too much I think.

2) People with warrants short selling to lock in profits:

There may have been a lot of shorting yesterday with the warrant holders who wanted to lock in their profits. They will cover their short with their own warrant. All this shorting would artificially drive the price down. The added benefit if this took place is that the covering of the short by the warrant will make..(as the chief explains) a "net 0" effect of the warrants coming into the market.
What I am considering here is that once this short selling is done (and I imagine the vast majority of it is.), the artificial downward pressure will end and the price should rise.

It will be interesting to see when the bounce comes. Typical of the market, things get overdone on both sides...up and down. Imho, yesterday was overdone on the sell side, possibly creating an opportunity here. We'll see!
