I don't think there's any doubt that by traditional measures some valuations in the market are insane, but the market seems to be rewarding those who get there first. Scwhab has some impressive advanteges as Steve points out. Who knows what will happen? I know this is not directly analagous but I bought RNWK a couple of weeks ago at $121. Last time I looked it was at $247. I sold out way, way too soon. In the broader context of the economy (low inflation looking to stay that way for some time because of cheap imports, no hint of the Fed hiking rates, robust earnings season) it would seem there's at least a couple of more months of fun ahead. I see Schwab hitting $200 not too long from now, but what the hell do I know?
