todd...we on this thread have all that you have and then some...the "then some" is the difference...shorting stocks never made anyone wealthy...its like going to a casino...true wealth is only accrued by "investing" in companies with strong fundamentals as a dell...your perceptions have been heard many times...caught a dell falling knife on 10/9/98 after it fell 22 points on the open...bought at 41.75..pre split...doubled my money in a little over six months...how much could you have made by shorting...best case if you shorted at the open and covered at the low would have been 22 points...i've made even with the sell off 40 points on my long...arrogance is how you present yourself..boasting of your meager trade...like a little leaguer telling big mac how to adjust his swing...you got to pay for your house, family, cars. etc...don't risk your hard earned money...you can stay or you can go...but if i was in your situation i would be a bit more responsible....to my family!!!!!

Todd: <your note to edamo 'dear moneybags'> I want you to know, I wrote you before I read this of yours. And now I feel even more sure you should really pause and rethink everything. The people here are predominantly very well meaning. I hope for you and your family's sake, that you try real hard to rethink your strategy. Let me know, if I can be of any help.
