I'll give you that Intel has announced delays on Camino and Merced, months or years in advance! This is AMD's last stand, and if they're still dinking around with the speed work right before release, I do not think this bodes well. As has been said, possible June release, probable September availability. Just my WAG.

You're talking about the Profusion chipset. Eight-way Xeons have been available for quite a while now using third-party chipsets.
