Your analysis is impeccable, as always. While the other ISP valuations are based on 12/31/98 numbers, the GEEK valuation is based on an estimate of their 3/31/99 customer numbers. I think that the recent runup in the ISP sector, which ONEM has not really participated in, is partially in anticipation of the release of the 3/31/99 customer numbers. Assuming a healthy market, I still expect to see ONEM at $50 next week.

I still do not fully understand why ONEM is accorded such a large discount. Their deal was complicated, but not that complicated. I keep thinking that I am missing something and that I should probably go back and read the prospectus cover to cover. I may get some clarification in a couple of weeks. I am going to attend ISPCOM in Baltimore and will be attending a series of seminars on ISP valuation. Do I hear the word obsessed?
