My understanding was BKS filed the last of their SEC papework for their IPO on March 18, and the SEC is required to respond in 30 days. So BKS may be able to announce an IPO date on Friday (April 18) or soon after. This is the time to pony up. With options expiring on Friday, and with their imminent IPO announcement, and with the Ingram deal favorably pending, the run could start soon. I'm long with May45s.
