CYOE Update: Do you think CYOE can paint circular pictures to their Big Six auditing firm as they did to the Street.com?

Can any big six firm want to expose themselves to the millions of dollars in claims everyone will be filing including the poor little Kiski School. Stay tuned. This is a 3 pronged enciclement attack. Would they ever sign off on the 10-K? I'm giving odds.

FM, I never said I thought NTBK was a long at this point. I try to never chase stocks either way. The odds of a pullback from profit taking are high with NTBK. I wouldn't short it here because it's a pure 'net play, and I don't short on the hope of profit taking.

My strategy when thinking 'I must recoup these losses' is to sit on my hands until I can evaluate the trade for the trades sake. I always seem to make it worse when I worry too much about past trades.
