Ten, what impact will the .25 intro of the K7 have on AMD's ASP's, both worst case and best case? I don't really know, but it seems if AMD doesn't get some higher margin products on the market soon, the balance sheet will be bleeding pretty profusely. Otellini said today in the cc that Intel is gaining back market in the low end, AMD's only territory of operation at the moment.

I do tend to agree with you, Dresden having problems would probably be the last straw.

Re: "Actually, the 0.25 micron K7 will only be worth some bragging rights. Like I said before, the real money can't come until the Dresden fab ramps up, meaning that Dresden will be Sanders' Last Stand. If one or two more production problems hamper Dresden, AMD will miss the window of opportunity between Coppermine and Willamette."

Don't forget that AMD will have K7 on Al .18u at Fab 25 as well.
