Alohal: I dislike Herr CEO as much as any exec in the U.S.,....primarliy because he has not been truthful. I also think that his acquisition of DEC was less than brilliant. Be that as it may, CPQ's problems are not "company specific". The entire PC/semi arena is in deep trouble due to a glutted market and massive excess supply. This problem has been festering for two years. It's an industry-specific problem. At least he was a bit more forthright last night about this. Best, Earlie
