No mention of Kosovo as an independent enclave. The implication is that he understood clearly that Kosovo was part of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.

As you know, the reason NATO gives to be there, is to create an independent country for Albanian Kosovars --- out of someone else's land! An attempt to enforce the unsigned treaty of Rambouillet.
