There have been several references on this thread saying that MaxNet had filed for NASDAQ. I have not been able to find any listing on Edgar so I raised the question earlier on this thread. Someone stated that you could possibly provide a link to support this. Can You?

I hope this is true, however, the statement needs to be supported.

Nice call on the stock price. Have you noticed we still haven't traded anywhere near the float for a days volume(usually the sign of a near term top)? Marvin
