About 45 min. ago it was mentioned that CPQ was up to
24 1/8 on Instinet. It will be interesting to see what happens

The appliance announcements are stronger than the light press coverage would indicate. MSFT and Intel announced a similar program at WINHEC but if you read the fine print, their product will not be ready until 3Q99. So the concept gets validated but CPQ has the only mainstream product. Interesting that the OS choices for these products were SCO (file server) and Novell (caching).
