For review purposes only *** Profile
Transformation Processing, Inc. (TPI) is a publicly traded, information
technology leader, offering practical business solutions. TPI offers
business solutions for Data Migration, Groupware (Customer Relationship
Management, Knowledge Management, Asset management and Web Technology)
and Year 2000, as well as comprehensive training and support. We
consider ourselves an experienced solutions provider that thinks
'outside the blocks'.

Foundations
Transformation Processing Inc. (TPI) was established in January 1996 and
incorporated in April 1996. In August 1996, TPI went public and is
currently listed on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board - (OTCBB: TPII).
TPI gained reporting status with the Securities and Exchange Commission
on May 11, 1998.

TPI's foundation was the Transform/400 series of migration tools
(automated translators for AS/400 legacy code to open system
platforms). In marketing Migration Solutions, it became apparent that
customers were not willing to migrate their data until they had dealt
with Year 2000 compliance issues. As a natural extension of Migration
Solutions, TPI was rapidly able to become involved in providing a full
range of Year 2000 solutions.

Groupware was another inevitable extension of the Migration sales cycle.
Once clients were away from legacy environments, corporate
communications, collaboration and coordination of data, quickly became
an issue. As a result of extensive market research, Lotus Notes/Domino
was adopted as the best-of-breed platform for Groupware technologies.
TPI is currently involved in providing Migration Solutions, Groupware
Solutions (Customer Relationship Management, Knowledge Management, Asset
Management and Web Technology) as well as end-to-end solutions for both
IT and non-IT Year 2000 issues. As part of TPI's philosophy for
delivering technology solutions, a variety of Professional Support
Services have been developed and are available to clients as a subset of
all TPI solutions.
