Zolt,
An excellent appraisal of the IC law situation. If the IC law is to expire, then the office of Attorney General becomes much more important. Perhaps the AG should be elected by the people, or maybe appointed by someone other than the administration in power. Either way, Clinton and Janet Reno are proof that the current system of appointing the AG should be revised.
