Colleen, that is the best short description of penny Pump and Dumps. You are dead right, about the touts and how holders react psychologically. MTEI is another sterling example. I've followed several. They never run out. It's a sad group of affairs. Your efforts are admirable. It's hard to walk away from liars and cheats. And hard to endure honest "victims" calling you a liar. And hard to stay near the whole pustulent mess. Penny stocks have found the perfect soil in the internet. Absolutely perfect.
