Actually it looks like Maxnet, Inc. would qualify for a Nasdaq Small Cap listing based on the requirements. Come-on!!! There have been serval request for links..... can you or anybody else provide? THREAD: I have searched high & low for ANY info on this company with nothing. SEC filing, no management reports, annual/qrtly reports.... Everything is 'N/A'. As previously stated: TRUST, BUT VERIFY. Not to much to ask when it's my hard earned money..... is it? OT
