Lets not forget another thing. CDO padded their own earnings with those three lease deals with CYOE. We all know about Eugene Curcio and the P.O. Box. CDO owned 6.6% of CYOE stock. They benefited, they manipulated. They helped CYOE's fraudulent press releases. They had a chance when Eugene Curcio was exposed. They never mentioned the two other deals with CYOE. Maybe you can invite Jack Slevin to are thread so we can get the truth instead of the many lies the public has been given. If Curcio was not exposed it would be business and market manipulation as usual at CDO and CYOE. Maybe he can tell us why Allan Andreini had to give up control of the shares that CDO controlled of CYOE stock two days after the street.com broke the story? Why did Andreini and Slevin resign one day before the 13g was filed on 6.6% ownership of CYOE stock? Go eat a bug!!

All this CYOE information is of no importance to me. I'm sure it's relevant in some way to many, but all I pointed out was that the retirement of Slevin's was planned for years.

It should be rather obvious.

Ken Pontikes died and Nick Pontikes was left controlling over 25% of the stock. If you look at Pontikes' climb up the corporate ladder it can be seen that he was being groomed for years to step in, effecting a rather seamless change.

What I am pointing out, is Coyote or no Coyote the retirement was a done deal years ago. I know this for a fact but as I say, if you looked at the ascent of Pontikes plus took into account his majority control you would have seen it coming quite some time ago.

My relationship to Slevin is of no importance; other than a few thousand shares of stock that I have for well over 10 years I have no other interest in the company nor have I now or in the past any information of a material nature

EDIT Go eat a bug? Look as long as you can't control yourself I won't bother to respond any longer.

I really don't think that the Slevin retirement had anything to do with CYOE. CYOE is a gnat compared to the size of COMDISCO.

I believe J. Slevin to be an honorable person. You are venturing into dangerous water here with these personal innuendos.

For your own good, let it drop and just concentrate on CYOE.
