Dont laugh - My next idea is a built in cellular modem in the car with the tickers built into the dashboard. voice recognition software so you can keep the hands on the wheel.

Similar technology for your golf cart. It will happen

The National Post reports in its Wednesday, April 14, edition that Global
Thermoelectric investors backed off their initial enthusiasm over the
Calgary-based firm's success in supplying heaters to United States military
vehicles, along with breakthroughs in its fuel cell technology. The company says
the testing of its oxide fuel cells under high temperatures resulted in power output
100 per cent higher than competitive cells.
