I heard it was the 19th for NASDAQ debut.However I BELIEVE THAT WAS JUST A RUMOR.

I guess you have to put yourself in Mr Godin's shoes and ask yourself: "Should we open on the Nazdaq on the 16th which is the last day that April options will trade (this would be exiting!) or the 19 - the following Monday?"
