RSelman should have thought about the fallout from saying the words "Internet" and "nursing" homes in one breath on CNBC. As images in a viewers' mind, they don't go together very well.

The sharp rise in VDAT was based on speculation about a takeover and whether VDAT is a "junior" BCST. IF RS will take the opportunities given him by the recent free publicity and find ways to aggregate content (like BCST), then this is a real "junior" BCST. However, if all he does is continue to talk about home-produced content when neither DNET nor VDAT is brimming with working capital -- well, that will not fuel the stock. The idea about getting revenue every time someone clicks on hotel view from a travel agent's terminal is a great idea, like a distribution fee for one's one work. On the other hand, the really explosive growth is from aggregating content and VDAT must start announcing who else's content will be streamed through their site to get the stock noticed again.

Auric is a pain in the @@@ but he won't be the only short on this stock now. This is exactly what happened with ABTX -- the other stock I mentioned that had links to "consultant" JLiviakis, after their CEO appeared on CNBC.

I hope RSelman can perform better in the future.
