Zhang - you are right - charged ONCE - so call the brokerage and they'll give you the refund. My experience with etrade and discoverbrokerage. I don't know what the others do. Jacalyn

It is my understanding that ETrade charges one commission ONLY if the various executions occur on the same market day. Partial orders on different days would result in multiple commissions.

I might be wrong.
