I was placing orders with Investorline before market open and for a few minutes after it opened, but haven't been able to in the last 30 minutes. I was on hold on the phone for a representative earlier today for 8 minutes!

EDIT Just got off the phone after placing 4 orders. This delay cost me about $5,000 in lost opportunity this morning :(
