Maybe some one on the thread can shed some light on the following statement. Hitachi Data systems will become a wholly
owned subsidiary of Hitachi,Ltd. on or prior to April 21, 1999.

This statement can be viewed in HDS press release under the
title of "Hitachi data systems Reports TPC-D bench mark results."

Are we selling our 40% stake in HDS?
