Not an outburst - yours was an erroneous statement with NO factual info. And your post leads others to think that MMs could be short when in fact they are not.

Now - Call the company and ask if they have sold any stock through 504 or other exempt offerings. Do some homework before posting.

Then speak with some knowledge.
