flodyie, just to be technical, the last CYOE report was a 10q, and my observation is that they are usually unaudited. The 10k will be filed for the 4q which ended 3/31. They have 90 days to file this, unless they file for an extension. They filed for the extension last year, and filed their 10k in mid July for the year ending 3/31/98.

<CYOE> If that statement is something you are going to formally send to the auditor I recommend that you refer to the company by its full name rather than the CYOE stock symbol (we are too used to trader lingo). Secondly, replace the instances of "too" with "to." Looks great.
