Ken, CDCH is currently a worthless shell. Soon assets will be moved into it. My guess it will go up quite nicely prior to diluation catching up with it. I decided there are too many unknowns to risk a small position in it myself but will be watching it for obvious reasons. Of course-now the ask is upto 1.6 and we all could have bought in at .6 a few days ago!

Good points Ken. CDCH is unusual to me in that it already has shareholders. I think of a shell as not having any active shareholders, thus the accounting would be simple. I will be interested in seeing the details of how all this will be structured. Let's assume certain properties are moved into the shell and are sold with MDIN shareholders receiving a dividend. Would these present CDCH shareholders participate in the proceeds simply because they owned the shell but never invested in these particular properties? Seems like it would be a heck of an unexpected Christmas present to me.I'm sure there is some logical reasoning behind the structure but we'll have to wait for the details.
