Kosovo would be close to over right now iff:

1. The U.S. did not veto the NATO requested 200,000 ground troops.
2. Clinton gave Gen Clark full control of all operations.

We've got a draft-dodging, perjuring hippy calling the f*cken shots! I'm against this involvement but if we commit to war then we should not do a half-assed job.
