I am hoping that MUCP goes through the roof but what jjs64 posted might be the truth. I did a little research and found this.

Company Press Release

Asia Media Acquires MyWeb -- the Premier Internet Service for the Emerging Markets

<snip>
At present, some of MyWeb's strongest markets include Hong Kong, Singapore, China and Malaysia. In Malaysia, the company has practically a 100% market share. To date, MyWeb has an installed base of over 15,000 set-top boxes, and it expects to sell more than 100,000 boxes this year. MyWeb supplies its own applications to technology partner Philips Electronics (NYSE:PHG - news), which manufactures the set-top boxes.

Maybe the nice move in MUCP is in anticipation of something or there was a change in the Philips relationship, or MUCP might have won something (hoping that some, if not all is true), but I think JJS64 tried to provide us with some honest input with his post.
