BOD 2. shareholders 3. surprise at how negative CPQ situation? 4. personal desire to achieve not up to his own expectations 5. Feedback at Innovate from customers and colleagues EP said that he would make a personal commitment to shareholders starting with displaying visibility of CPQ progress.
