This sounds like good news. Or is this SOP for QCOM/CDMA?

Despite sale of the infrastructure division, Qualcomm continues to serve as OEM for a portion of all Nortel cdmaOne infrastructure contracts. So there is a direct impact. More important to me is the continued increase in coverage, which greatly enhances the appeal and competitive position of cdma in general. No big deal, but proof of continuing progress.
