This morning is the first time in over 10 days that I have had any serious problems with Investorline. Based on the comments I hear about E-Trade, Greenline, and Action Direct, I still think Investorline is the best (among a very poor bunch) of the "popular" web-based discount brokerages in Canada.

I send an e-mail to investorline just about every day complaining about their service. You're correct, there is a problem with their telephone or web broker service just about every day.

I sent for the package from Schwab today.
