Any opinions about aol? Have we reached a resting point in its fabulous run? Should we be rotating even more into qcom?

I am up 0ver 600% on AOL. and won't get off this winner for a while.

I am 40 % Qualcomm, and hesitate to get any heavier. Here is a link on Q that shows some interesting forward PE's and prices. It shows that if we maintain the present PE and use projected earnings, the stock price should be 286 by September and 385 in 24 months. If you are still have less than 40% of your portfolio in Q, you might move some more money.

I am only 16% Microsoft now. If you are still heavy there, you might move it.

Of course, you know my mantra, Frank:

GET OUT OF DELL! (and Intel)

I'll stick to identified G&Ks.

On that subject, Frank, how about using this board for a little "DD" on our Gorillas and Kings?

We have a lot of talent here that likes to crunch numbers, of which I am not one, I admit.

My immediate interest is looking at Cisco and Msft:

1: Present PE's

2: Projected earnings next two years

3: Projected stock prices based on these two numbers.

We need to identify the range used for the present PE:

Is it projected earnings 1999? Earnings 1998?

The Cisco thread is "Sodden red, red with the wreck of a square that broke", and the softy thread is mainly filled up with option calculations.

We could post these to your profile as a link, possibly.

Any thoughts people?

Frank,

Any opinions about aol?

Allow me to word that a little differently. Any opinions about their $20,000-per-subscriber valuation? Hmmmm.
