Don't know for sure but with all Canadian exchanges in turmoil and with everything that's going on in WSP it's not hard to imagine that everybody has mor significant priorities.

The new TSE regulations are quite stringent. All new listed companies must have a proven resource, or a mine. It's based on a number of new factors. You can access them via the TSE web site.
How Mountain Province got listed is an oddity, it may be due to their DeBeers connection, or they may have applied prior to the new regulations coming into effect.
