To All: As I no longer have my primary analysis tools in front of me, it would appear that the RUT, TRAN are breaking above the long term resistance areas that kept me bearish.

If they "are" above those resistance points and if they have follow through, I will be growing horns.

Sorry my analysis is "not very precise" as my primary analysis tools are not available to me. Well, I am not sure that "not very precise" is news, I have been told as of late that is usually the case.
