As shareholders we should demand that they give us access to the conf. call. Information is not meant for a privileged few. I am going to call the Investor Relations and I suggest that others do the same. I don't think SEC will not stand for closed conf. calls! This is a public company that sold shares to the public... how can they justify closed conf. calls.

Justa,

If KLAC's shareholders choose, they can do something about it.

Arthur Levitt of the SEC is getting increasingly annoyed with this type of selective disclosure; and has publicly let it be known that he favours equal access to conference calls by all, not just a privileged few.
