USWB...my ametuer read of the charts tells me that it could head down to about 29 for a double bottom? Hopefully, if it holds there, it will turn back up? Thoughts?

FYI USWD 2 days ago MACD/RSI/Money Flow/%R all turned down by my charts and trend line was broken.
