Could someone give me a good way to find the background of the major officials of the company. Why not just call and ask them? No, just kidding. Couldn't resist (g). The first place you should try is the SEC's Edgar site: sec.gov Second, if the person was ever a broker-dealer, try the NASD's site: pdpi.nasdr.com Third, if the person was ever involved in a Canadian company, try: stockwatch.com - Jeff P.S.
