Hi Susan. Everybody and their grandmother is stacked up at the ask at $39 7/8 and $40. I think I understand the falst breakout game the MMs like to play. They'll create a false resistance level close to a point where all the rest of the MMs really want to get out, but higher. They'll let the false resistance level break by dropping the ask price there, and let all the suckers run the price up to where all of the other orders are parked. INCA is perfect for creating that lower false resistance level because you don't know which MM is behind it.
